Order Fulfillment

Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend by an additional one to two weeks (14-21 business days). 

After processing, your order will be shipped via USPS Services. Once your order is dispatched to the post office, shipping durations vary based on the selected method.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Following your order placement, an order confirmation will be sent via email. If not found in your primary inbox, please check promotions or spam folders. Once your order is ready for shipping, a tracking number will be emailed. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Address Errors

Ensure accuracy in your shipping address during checkout. Additional shipping fees apply for returned packages due to incorrect information. For omitted details (e.g., apartment numbers), contact us immediately. Changes cannot be made post-shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

We currently accept returns and exchanges for domestic (US) orders exclusively. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Upon return or exchange, the entire order becomes final sale.

• Customers bear return and exchange shipping costs.
• Items must be unused and maintain their original condition for an acceptable exchange.
• We do not replace products due to poor care or application.

Report faulty or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery and provide pictures of the products' faults.

Sale/Clearance/Last Chance Items

These items are considered final sale and are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Missing or Lost Packages

We do not assume responsibility for missing or lost packages. In the event of loss or theft, contact the respective shipping service (USPS or UPS) for assistance. International customers may incur additional charges such as taxes or customs fees.

International Shipping

In accordance to USPS and UPS, shipping times for international orders are significantly longer. Some countries and regions may experience shipment halts. For up-to-date details, please refer to the United States Postal Service's page on International Service Alerts.

Buyers are responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges vary widely based on item price, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and destination country's taxes, duties, and fees.
